"From Streets to becoming a Millionaire"- Veeral Patel

Today let's talk about the Veeral Patel who came to Mumbai with 35Rs (50 cents) only in his tiny little hands at the age of 17 . He can't study after 10th class due to tight condition his father who can't afford that and he left for Mumbai with hope to earn for himself and also to support his family in Gujrat. His father was a farmer in Gujarat. He started working in a stationary shop, for 6 months he worked free of cost the owner provided  him with food, shelter and clothes to wear.

You might be wonder how much Rs 35 values at that time. So here we go, as He told us that the train ticket was of Rs 65 and we calculated the change in the price of ticket after that. The conclusion is that Rs 35 has current value of Rs 290.

VEERAL PATEL IN HIS SHOP - GAURAV SWEETS

After 6 months of free service ,the Seth ji employed him fully with salary of Rs 250 per month after his service of 2.5 year he shifted his job to another stationary shop with slight increase in his salary and there also he worked for 2.5 year. Now he knew everything in and out of stationary business like the different type of items, what are margin rates and everything related to that industry.

Being from a non supportive family or rather say a can't supportive family, he took a big risk in starting his own stationary shop which gave him a great response there was no day when he had lunch before 4 pm and amount of work he did gave him everything he has today.

After the stationary shop there was no looking back but he didn't stop there. He from there when into totally different industry for him.

on the recommendation of his friend he invested Rs 30 lakhs (48000$) in a sweet shop and he named it "Gaurav Sweets ". The time when on and Mr Patel opened 5 more sweet shop.

Today he has turnover of Rs 12-13 Crores ($ 1.8 M).

I salute Mr Veeral Patel for his risk taking ability and courage ,I had immense pleasure in sharing the success story of Veeral Patel.

Thank You
